Position Overview
Entry-level Data Entry Specialist Assistant supporting daily business operations remotely.
The role maintains accurate information across company systems, spreadsheets, databases, and digital records.
Previous professional data-entry experience is not required; training and guidance will be provided.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Transfer information from approved source documents into digital records.
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness and correct routine errors.
- Organize data, process routine records, and perform basic quality-control checks.
- Identify missing or unclear information and request clarification when necessary.
Administrative Support
- Assist with general administrative and clerical responsibilities.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, tracking documents, contact lists, logs, and reports.
- Maintain digital files, folders, and document-management systems.
- Upload, label, categorize, archive, and retrieve authorized electronic documents.
- Support routine internal requests and additional administrative projects as assigned.
