Position Overview

PULSE is seeking an entry-level Administrative Professional to support remote operations and office administration.

The role covers administrative tasks, document management, scheduling, data entry, recordkeeping, internal communication, and operational coordination.

Previous professional administrative experience is not required; training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Administrative and Operations Support

Provide general administrative support and prepare documents, spreadsheets, forms, trackers, and contact lists.
Maintain shared folders, administrative resources, filing systems, document indexes, logs, and tracking records.
Process routine forms and internal requests, support shared inboxes, and route documents to appropriate team members.
Coordinate routine operational activities, track deadlines and action items, update trackers, and follow standard procedures.
Compile basic operational summaries, provide status updates, and escalate unresolved issues.

Calendar and Meeting Coordination

Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments and send calendar invitations, reminders, and updates.
