Position Overview
PULSE is seeking an entry-level Administrative Data Entry Specialist for its remote team.
The role supports accurate information management and efficient daily operations through data entry, recordkeeping, document processing, and administrative support.
Previous professional experience is not required; training and guidance will be provided.
Data Entry and Records
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, internal systems, tracking sheets, logs, and administrative records.
- Transfer information from approved documents into digital records and review it for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information, correct routine authorized errors, and maintain current records.
- Perform quality-control checks and follow established data-entry and recordkeeping procedures.
Administrative Support
- Provide routine administrative assistance to managers and team members.
- Prepare, format, organize, and update business documents, forms, records, and internal requests.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, administrative logs, electronic files, and shared folders.
