Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator / Invoicing Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records using **Tally Prime**.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company systems with high accuracy
- Prepare, issue, and process invoices in a timely manner
- Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding invoices and payments
- Handle basic administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Invoicing Clerk, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Hiring Criteria
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and email drafting
- Must be on a "Spouse Visa / Dependent Visa"
- **Must be living in "Abu Dhabi City only"**
- **Ready to join immediately**
