Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from paper or digital formats into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Verify data against source documents and correct discrepancies.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Maintain updated, organized, and securely stored records.
- Perform regular backups and comply with data retention policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Understand basic data privacy and security protocols.
