Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in databases and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize digital records and files.
• Verify information and identify discrepancies.
• Process documents and update records in a timely manner.
• Perform basic data searches and reporting.
• Follow established data entry and documentation procedures.
• Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, office support, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with online systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good English communication skills.
