Position Overview
Provide remote administrative and data-management support as a Data Entry Administrative Assistant.
Maintain accurate information across databases, spreadsheets, digital files, and administrative systems.
Work independently, meet deadlines, and support document management, email, reporting, and team coordination.
Data Entry and Records Management
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and company platforms.
- Process forms, emails, invoices, reports, applications, PDFs, scanned documents, and other business records.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, duplicates, missing data, and discrepancies.
- Perform data verification, quality-control checks, cleaning, sorting, filtering, formatting, and organization.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to managers, supervisors, team members, and other departments.
- Prepare, format, edit, and organize documents, reports, forms, spreadsheets, lists, and presentations.
- Maintain calendars, task lists, tracking sheets, assignments, deadlines, and outstanding requests.
- Monitor routine administrative emails, perform basic research, and compile information when requested.
