Position Overview
Provide remote administrative and data-management support as a Data Entry Administrative Assistant.
Enter, update, verify, and maintain information across databases, spreadsheets, digital files, and administrative systems.
Support document management, email support, reporting, and coordination with team members.
Data Entry and Records Management
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other company platforms.
- Process forms, emails, invoices, reports, applications, PDFs, scanned documents, and other source materials.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and correct errors or duplicate records.
- Perform data verification, quality-control checks, data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and formatting.
- Maintain logs, records, spreadsheets, databases, and established record-management standards.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Prepare, format, edit, and organize documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and monitor routine administrative emails and inquiries.
