Position Overview
Remote Data Entry Administrative Assistant providing data-management and administrative support.
The role requires accurate information processing, strong computer skills, organization, independence, and deadline management.
Data Entry and Records Management
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and company platforms.
- Process information from forms, emails, invoices, reports, applications, PDFs, and scanned documents.
- Correct errors, duplicate records, missing information, and discrepancies.
- Perform data verification, quality-control checks, data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and formatting.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Prepare, format, edit, and organize documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and respond to routine administrative emails and inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, task lists, tracking sheets, reports, summaries, and basic research.
