Data Engineering Tech Lead

Holding a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Having 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Architecture, or related areas.

Demonstrating strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale data products and data solutions.

Possessing hands-on experience in data modeling, data integration, data transformation, and data pipeline design.

Having a solid understanding of modern data platform architectures, data governance, and metadata management practices.

Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Strong experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering technologies.

Excellent understanding of data quality management, data lineage, security, compliance, and operational standards.

Proven experience leading technical discussions with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to handle complex data challenges.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Experience working with enterprise Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Mesh architectures.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

Expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, or other modern data engineering technologies .

Knowledge of Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata Management solutions.

Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.

Exposure to Analytics, AI/ML, and advanced reporting use cases.

Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical communities of practice.

Knowledge of KPI frameworks and product performance measurement.

Ability to influence technical decisions and drive engineering best practices across teams.
