Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support Talend ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable and timely data integration
- Track job executions and resolve ETL failures, operational incidents, and performance issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability
- Resolve data quality, reconciliation, and integration issues while ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Develop and implement minor enhancements, workflow improvements, and performance optimizations for existing ETL processes
- Support deployment activities and production releases for Talend jobs and workflows
- Manage operational incidents through ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks
- Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient data integration operations
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Proven experience working with Talend ETL/ELT tools and data integration solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a production support environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
