- Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Data Engineer role based in Jeddah.
- The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics, reporting, and quality engineering initiatives.
- Responsibilities include modeling and optimizing data structures, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance in data warehouses and related platforms.
- The role involves close collaboration with quality engineers, software testers, data analysts, and solution architects.
- The Data Engineer will also contribute to documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data workflows aligned with TestCrew’s digital transformation and assurance programs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Data Engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines and integration workflows.
- Hands on experience with Data Modeling for transactional and analytical systems.
- Practical expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, architectures, and implementation best practices.
- Ability to apply Data Analytics concepts to support reporting, dashboards, and data driven decision making.
- Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud data services, and related ecosystem tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
