Data Center Operations Program Manager

5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.

Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.

Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.

Experience in providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.

Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.

Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks

Familiarity or experience utilizing DCIM, CMMS, or facilities management platforms.

Experience supporting senior leadership through operational governance and review processes.

A formal project management certification or equivalent experience in structured PMO environments.

Experience building 'foundational' operational frameworks from scratch—creating the playbooks, tools, and reporting structures that allow a portfolio of projects to scale.

The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
