Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance, availability, and reliability of enterprise telecommunications and IP networks
- Collect, interpret, and report network performance metrics and operational data
- Develop and maintain software applications and automation scripts using programming languages
- Configure, monitor, and support TCP/IP based network environments and associated communication protocols
- Utilize network management platforms to monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational performance
- Support the integration and maintenance of enterprise network management tools and monitoring solutions
- Develop and maintain web based interfaces and reporting tools using HTML, CGI, ASP, or equivalent
- Analyze network events and recommend performance improvements and optimization strategies
- Assist in troubleshooting complex network and system issues while supporting incident resolution activities
- Support network upgrades, system implementations, and technology refresh initiatives
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and IT teams to deliver reliable network services
Requirements
- Experience with TCP/IP based network environments and communication protocols
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, PERL, AWK, and SED
- Experience with network management platforms and monitoring solutions
- Ability to develop web based interfaces using HTML, CGI, ASP or equivalent

- In this role you will get to support the monitoring, administration, development, and optimization of enterprise telecommunications and IP networks.
What You'll Be Doing
