The role turns ambiguous business needs into working data and automation systems connecting operational data, dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
The long-term vision is an AI-powered data engine supporting natural-language questions and automated, data-driven decisions.
Data and automation systems
- Build automated data pipelines, dashboards, reporting systems, real-time alerts, and automated triggers.
- Surface process events and timestamps to identify workflow delays, failures, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
- Develop workflow automations connecting raw data sources with reporting, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Investigate and resolve data quality, integrity, and pipeline issues at their source.
AI and technical delivery
- Contribute to an AI-powered data engine for natural-language data queries and automated operational decision-making.
- Use modern AI tools for research, coding, prototyping, debugging, and system development.
- Take ownership from problem definition through development, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement.
