Data & Analytics Operations Manager

Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong background in project management (Agile or hybrid methodologies preferred).

Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data automation concepts.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data automation pipelines a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Leadership experience managing cross-functional analytics or data teams.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Ability to lead collaboratively and develop team capabilities.

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
