Machine Operator 3

• Complete required production documentation accurately, including machine operating time, production quantities, and shift activities.
• Support the training and development of less experienced operators by providing technical guidance and sharing best practices.
• Maintain organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping, standard work, and safety expectations.

• Follow all established safety, quality, and operational procedures to promote a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
• Participate in maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating packaging or similar manufacturing equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

• Additional manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation principles.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve routine equipment issues.
• Ability to inspect products and recognize quality defects.
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
