How you will add value
- Lead, mentor, and line-manage Analytics Engineers.
- Establish standards for reproducibility, observability, style guides, and data documentation.
- Educate teams and stakeholders on analytics engineering and self-service capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across dbt, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Build scalable data models and enforce Data Contracts.
- Apply CI/CD, Git, automated testing, data quality, governance, and service-level practices.
- Optimize pipelines and queries and oversee technical documentation.
