Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail oriented Data Analyst to support business decision making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Experience in calendar management and stakeholder coordination will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior management
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data driven recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of reports, data sources, and analysis
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing management presentations when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or analytics
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI (Tableau is an advantage)
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
