Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Madinaty SuperApp initiative.
The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple city services and digital platforms.
1. **Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business and operational decisions
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions

Data Visualization & Reporting
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI (Prefered), Tableau)
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency and consistency
- 3.
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines
- 4.
Business Collaboration
- Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams
- Support KPI definition, tracking, and performance monitoring
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- ***Technical Skills:***
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis techniques
- Familiarity with Python
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- ***Soft Skills:***
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Smart City, SuperApp, or digital platform environments
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
