Stakeholder collaboration

• Work closely with client engagement, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support client discussions with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Data management and reporting

• Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

• High capability in data analysis and visualization tools, with advanced Excel capability essential.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or a similar tool is included in the stated data and visualization toolset.
• Ability to analyze large datasets accurately and translate findings into actionable commercial insights.
• Understanding of financial metrics, cost analysis, ROI modelling, budgets, costs, and supplier pricing.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers and margin optimization.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex data clearly.

Workplace and employment

• This is a permanent role.
• The role is hybrid and requires occasional attendance at the Bishopsgate headquarters for meetings.
