Role Overview
The Disability Analytics and Reporting team is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
The role uses data to discover opportunities and solve business problems that improve customer experience, business growth, risk management, and employee engagement.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with operational teams to develop analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Create complex stored procedures to extract and transform data for analysis and process automation.
- Become a Disability data subject matter expert.
- Visualize and present data for management using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Support ad hoc business requests for data and analysis.
- Partner with the Advanced Analytics team of data scientists on projects.
Required Qualifications
- Expert database knowledge and ability to create complex code for processing and interpreting large volumes of detailed data.
- Experience with visualization and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Advanced SQL experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2016 or later.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
