Job Description
- Plan, manage, and deliver cybersecurity and business continuity projects in accordance with approved scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for critical systems and operations.
- Lead and coordinate periodic BCP/DR tests, exercises, and simulations; analyze results and report findings to senior management.
- Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and business continuity risks in line with the organization's risk management framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supervisory guidelines applicable to financial institutions (e.g., Central Bank requirements).
- Maintain alignment with international standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, and related cybersecurity regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third party service providers.
- Prepare executive level reports, dashboards, and KPIs on project progress, risk posture, and resilience readiness.
- Support cybersecurity awareness and business continuity initiatives across the organization.
