Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies focused on banking and financial services
- Drive enterprise sales across Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, SOC/NOC, Digital Transformation, Core Banking Integrations, and Enterprise Applications
- Build and manage relationships with C level executives including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior banking stakeholders
- Lead high value enterprise negotiations, proposals, contracts, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity standards
- Manage regional sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging banking technologies
- Lead and mentor regional sales/client success teams while driving performance and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales & Services within the Middle East banking/financial sector
- Strong understanding of banking technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure, managed services, and digital banking ecosystems
- Experience managing strategic banking accounts and closing high value enterprise deals
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong network within banks and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Service Management, or Banking Technology are a plus

Overview
- We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Director IT Sales & Services Banking Sector (Arabic Sector) to lead business growth within the banking and financial services sector across the Middle East.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise IT sales, strategic account management, and technology services, with a proven track record of working with banks and financial institutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise sales across Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, SOC/NOC, Digital Transformation, Core Banking Integrations, and Enterprise Applications.

Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales & Services within the Middle East banking/financial sector.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure, managed services, and digital banking ecosystems.
- Experience managing strategic banking accounts and closing high value enterprise deals.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks including UAE Central Bank regulations, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, NESA / IAS, UAE PDPL.
- Strong network within banks and enterprise technology ecosystems is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Service Management, or Banking Technology are a plus.
