Role Overview

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to evaluate security-related AI outputs, threat detection workflows, and security tooling.

In this role, you will assess AI-generated security analysis for accuracy, identify gaps, and contribute to improving model performance on security tasks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on security experience and strong analytical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated security analysis, threat reports, and incident responses for accuracy.
  • Apply structured rubrics to assess vulnerability assessments, log analysis, and threat hunting outputs.
  • Identify edge cases and failure modes in AI security tooling.
  • Document findings with clear technical reasoning.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams on quality improvements.
  • Contribute to evaluation criteria and rubric design for security domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or security engineering.
  • Strong understanding of common attack vectors, MITRE ATT&CK, and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR platforms, or threat intelligence workflows.
  • Clear written communication for documenting analysis and findings.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as Security+, CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or GIAC.
  • Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in penetration testing, red team, or threat hunting.
  • Light scripting skills (Python, Bash) for analysis automation.
