Customer Support Specialist (10579)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the commercial relationship of our key accounts via proactive engagement to deliver a superior customer experience aligned to Nufarm’s Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition. Be responsible for planning and executing customer service programs through inbound/outbound telephone, email and digital engagement with our key account customers.

Scheduled regular key account engagements which are agenda driven and are aligned to program objectives

Work with Commercial team to ensure delivery of program objectives (actions and outcomes) for agreed stores and accounts

Capture customer feedback, actions and ensure timely resolution

Manage interface with, and work effectively with, Customer Service to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of channel partner supply chain and commercial queries

Develop and maintain positive channel partner relationships

Proactive order management tasks based on customer segmentation where complex interactions, problem solving, and a level of decision making is required to ensure maximum conversion of open orders to shipments

Plan and execute timely programs on Top 30 foundational products, supported with commercial offers, to deliver volume targets
