We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our Transformation team based in Laverton North or Malaysia, with the opportunity to own and lead across global and regional initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Change Lead and working closely with project sponsors, functional leaders and project teams, you'll play a pivotal r ole in leading the effective change adoption across Nufarm's strategic transformation programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful business outcomes who enjoys being hands on and rolling the sleeves up.

You'll develop and execute change strategies, build stakeholder engagement, drive organisational readiness and support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across diverse business functions and geographies.
