Role Overview
The employer is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Associate.
The role focuses on customer queries, issue resolution, and a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Follow communication guidelines and processes for consistent service quality.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and multitasking ability are required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office or Google Workspace is required.
- One year of customer-service experience is required.
- Prior customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support experience is an advantage.
- Additional regional languages are a plus.
