Customer Support Analyst

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution • Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed • Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions as needed • Maintain extensive knowledge of remote tools, including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools • Work with clients to resolve issues while ensuring all services are conducted with integrity and professionalism

REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT TASKS: • Create and send Remote Deposition links • Stay up to date on scheduling changes and standing orders, making appropriate adjustments to all Remote proceeding links • Assign videographers to remote and in-person proceedings in selected regions
