The Customer Success Manager will help financial institutions unlock value from LSEG Pricing and Reference Services.
The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, customer outcomes, retention, and strategic growth.
The position combines relationship management, business acumen, and solution expertise to help customers maximize return on investment.
Core responsibilities
- Define customer business outcomes and success plans covering objectives, milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Educate customers on LSEG platforms, content, and technologies for their use cases.
- Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities and create value and risk mitigation plans.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with business development partners.
- Help customers maximize the value and usage of LSEG services and licenses.
- Build relationships with decision makers and users and influence adoption.
- Bring customer intelligence and feedback to internal teams.
Qualifications and skills
- 5+ years of commercial experience in B2B customer success, account management, consultative selling, or support.
