Role Overview

Own the evolution of internal tools and product capabilities supporting LSEG Content Operations and Broker Estimates.

Ensure new functionality is fit for purpose and available to internal customers supporting LSEG content products.

The role requires a history of technology-led transformation and openness to process and technology improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, design, business requirements, feature trade-offs, and release scheduling for assigned products or services.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and customer needs to drive innovation and operational adoption.
  • Develop product definitions, concept proposals, and business cases.
  • Review technology, team interactions, and handoffs to identify efficient mechanisms and automation opportunities.
  • Work with UI and tools specialists to minimize process gaps in deployed interfaces.
  • Deploy and continuously evolve capabilities in Content Production.
  • Define parameters and KPIs to report tool effectiveness, stability, and resilience.
  • Provide specialist consulting advice and input on Content function strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • A BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics is listed as a required qualification.
  • At least 10 years of financial markets and operations expertise is required.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with a record of developing and retaining talent is required.
  • Experience delivering transformational change in a customer- and product-led setting is required.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of coding, including generating Python and SQL code, and using AI agents.
  • Expert use of Microsoft products and LSEG products and tools.
  • Strong leadership, accountability, collaboration, strategic thinking, and talent development abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and work across culturally diverse teams.
