About the Role
Rubiscape is looking for an outcomes-driven Customer Success Manager to ensure our enterprise and institutional clients maximize the value, adoption, and ROI of their decision intelligence investments. You will own the post-sale customer relationship, driving user retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sale onboarding journey, moving enterprise users from initial deployment to active platform democratization within days.
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients establish their internal AI Skilling academies using the Rubiversity framework to future-proof their internal workforce.
- Proactively monitor platform health metrics, resolve adoption roadblocks, and identify opportunities for account expansion and multi-year contract renewals.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a CSM, Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant within the enterprise B2B SaaS or data analytics sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with the technical fluency to discuss data workflows with data science and IT teams.
