Customer Success Engineering - Cement

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field .

3+ years exposure to cement manufacturing and plant operations .

Understanding of cement manufacturing processes, ideally including raw mills, kilns, clinker cooler, cement mills, crushers, and material handling .

Strong interest in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and asset performance management .

Exposure to reliability concepts such as RCM, FMEA, condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or predictive maintenance .

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and analytical tools .

Curious and detail-oriented, with an interest in understanding how AI and analytics can improve industrial operations .

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics tools, or industrial software is a plus.

Deep Cement Industry Experience by working with real cement plants, equipment, operating data, and reliability challenges.

Customer Management Experience by working closely with Customer Success Managers and enterprise customers.

Applied AI Experience by seeing how AI models detect anomalies, generate alerts, and identify potential equipment issues.

Reliability & Asset Performance Expertise through exposure to real-world equipment failures, maintenance strategies, and operational decisions.

Value & Impact Thinking by learning how technical insights translate into measurable improvements in reliability, downtime, and plant performance.

Customer-Facing Skills through participation in technical discussions, workshops, training, and performance reviews.
