Customer Success Associate

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team at TimeSolv! As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue renewals, churn reduction, upselling and cross-selling of add on products to include payments. As a Customer Success Associate, you will:

Act as an advocate between clients and the company.

Identify a need for upselling and cross-selling payments or other add on products.

Contact and follow up with customers to meet revenue renewal objectives.

Enter information into customer success tools and databases.

Implement projects, procedures and customer touchpoints to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Analyze the customer lifecycle and journey; including touch points, early signals of at-risk renewals, email outreach, and opportunities for upsell of existing or cross sell products.

Other duties as assigned.
