Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduating student or recent graduate to join our Customer Services team as an Engineering Intern.
  • This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in aerospace customer support, technical documentation, engineering processes, and maintenance services.
  • Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist in providing technical support, coordinating service activities, and contributing to projects that support our global customer base.

Key Learning Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Support various departments by assisting with day to day operational, technical, and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey region (from Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and Logistics, etc.) in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.
  • Utilize the company's systems and tools, including ERP software, to support assigned projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in projects and assignments that contribute to improving operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and engineering activities.
  • Support local and global teams in order to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in technical sales and marketing activities by providing engineering insights.
  • Assist in customer support, product demonstrations, and proposal preparations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and standards while performing daily assignments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring it is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, academic project, or hands on experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical support is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CAD software or engineering tools is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
  • Customer oriented mindset with a professional attitude and willingness to support internal and external stakeholders.
