Responsibilities
- Support various departments by assisting with day to day operational, technical, and administrative tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey region (Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of technical and operational documentation
- Utilize company systems and tools, including ERP software, to support assigned projects and maintain accurate records
- Participate in projects and assignments that contribute to improving operational efficiency and business performance
- Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and engineering activities
- Support local and global teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services
- Participate in technical sales and marketing activities by providing engineering insights
- Assist in customer support, product demonstrations, and proposal preparations
- Follow all safety protocols and standards while performing daily assignments
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and mechanical systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast paced, multicultural environment
- Customer oriented mindset with a professional attitude

Job Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduating student or recent graduate to join our Customer Services team as an Engineering Intern.
- This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in aerospace customer support, technical documentation, engineering processes, and maintenance services.
- Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist in providing technical support, coordinating service activities, and contributing to projects that support our global customer base.
Key Learning Objectives and Responsibilities
- Support various departments by assisting with day to day operational, technical, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship, academic project, or hands on experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical support is an advantage but not required.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CAD software or engineering tools is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
- Customer oriented mindset with a professional attitude and willingness to support internal and external stakeholders.
