About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the company's daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group reporting requirements
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing activities
- Coordinate annual external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and corporate governance standards
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA highly preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Excellent command of English is mandatory

Job Overview
