Job Purpose
- Managing all the rental activities at the rental location and performing the tasks as per the guidelines of the management.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide all customers the best rental experience by adopting the best market practices.
- To consistently achieve the Sales Targets by striving hard to optimize the utilization of vehicles.
- To liaise with the various depts. to ensure that the vehicles are available on time.
- To provide the best customer service that would improve the brand image and enhance the loyalty of our customers.
- Providing Short Term Rentals to customers for Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
- Collection of outstanding payments from the customers.
- To comply with the rental procedures such as check out and check in.
- Closing the register and keeping a measure as per the audit report.
- Customer Satisfaction Index – To manage all the KPIs well to ensure good CPI results.
- Responsible for attending to customers’ various requests and ensuring vehicle delivery.
- Liaising with the Service Scheduler to take care of customers’ service requests.
- Liaising with the respective workshops to get vehicles serviced/repaired on time.
