We’re looking for a
Customer Service Representative (Uae National)
to be the first point of contact for our customers—supporting them across their day-to-day banking needs and ensuring they experience service that’s fast, friendly, and future-focused.
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you’ll be the voice of Wio.
What You’ll Responsible For
- Engage with customers via chat, phone, and email to resolve inquiries and provide guidance.
- Be a Wio expert — understand our products, features, and ecosystem to offer tailored support.
- Champion customer experience by identifying opportunities to simplify and improve our services.
- Collaborate with teams across Wio to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed performance goals around response times, quality, and satisfaction.
- Stay curious — keep up with new features, policies, and fintech trends to always be one step ahead.
What Are We Looking For
- A UAE National with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills — you’re clear, friendly, and know how to make complex things simple.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel communication platforms.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- A genuine passion for helping people and a belief that banking can be smarter, faster, and more human.
