Role Description \| وصف الدور الوظيفي

نبحث عن أخصائي/ـة تجربة عملاء ليكون نقطة التواصل الأولى مع العملاء، ويلعب دورًا أساسيًا في تنظيم المواعيد، إدارة الاستفسارات، وضمان تجربة سلسة ومريحة من أول تواصل وحتى نهاية الخدمة.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from initial contact through service completion

مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت ممتازة

القدرة على التعامل مع عدة مهام بكفاءة

يفضل وجود خبرة في خدمة العملاء يفضل في القطاع الصحي

إلمام باستخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونية وأدوات الحجز

الاهتمام بمجال الصحة النفسية ميزة إضافية

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask efficiently

Previous experience in customer service is in healthcare sector preferably

Familiarity with digital tools and booking systems

Interest in the mental health field is a plus
