Role Description

  • We are seeking a full time, on site Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh.
  • This role is responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating daily administrative and customer service operations, managing appointments, and ensuring a professional, warm, and confidential client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients professionally and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries
  • Coordinate with clinicians regarding schedules and operational matters
  • Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative processes
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  • Contribute to a positive and seamless client experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally, empathetically, and respectfully with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools
  • Ability to learn clinic management and CRM systems
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
