Job Description

  • We are looking for a candidate to help the customers by listening to their queries and assisting them accordingly.

Requirements

  • Must speak HINDI/URDU and ENGLISH (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
  • Previous call center customer service experience is required.
  • Skills preferred: 3CX, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Bitrix24

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.
  • Answer phones and messages, respond to customer requests and clarify the desired information.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
  • Take the extra mile to engage and help the customers.

Working Hours

  • 6 PM – 10 PM (CSRs can be called in the morning shift as well, if needed)

Salary

  • 20 AED per hour for English + hindi/urdu speaker
  • 25 AED per hour for English + hindi/urdu + Arabic speaker.
