What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Deliver exceptional service with a first-call resolution focus
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
Customer service experience; at least 1 year required
Benefits & Open Enrollment experience preferred
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Other Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day
- Strong computer and multitasking skills with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- Comfortable working across multiple software platforms at the same time
- Willingness to participate on camera during training and team meetings
Work From Home Requirements
- Dedicated Workspace: Must have a quiet, secure, and distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours. Reliable childcare is required, as children cannot be present in the workspace while working.
- Phone Service: Landline phone is not required .
- Internet Connection: A hard-wired internet connection is required. Wi-Fi and wireless connections are not permitted.
- Equipment Setup: Must be connected directly from the modem/router to the computer via Ethernet cable.
- Internet Speed: Minimum internet speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required.
