The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
The role works closely with the Operator Training team throughout the sales process to support excellent customer service.
Core work includes CRM use, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone lines.
- Use the CRM to pass leads to Account Managers.
- Build understanding of active clients and product offerings.
- Support departmental standards and positive customer experiences.
- Provide administrative support for the Operator Training department.
- Complete registrations and follow up on client feedback.
- Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed.
