Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate warehouse tasks for order preparation and stock put-away.
• Organize delivery runs and address customer delivery issues.
• Maintain equipment and recommend equipment requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse while following health and safety regulations and company policy.
• Review and resolve picking and loading errors.
• Perform same-day deliveries using a company-provided vehicle.
• Continue developing product knowledge and warehouse-procedure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience and HVAC distribution experience are required.
• Forklift or reach-truck experience or certification is required.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment assembly experience are required.
• A G-class driver’s licence is required for same-day deliveries.
• The role requires the ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Interest in learning HVAC/R products and growing within the organization is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are required.
