Counter Sales Associate role serving customers at Noble's Barrie HVAC profit centre.
The position focuses on customer service, order support, sales growth, and maximizing gross profit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct sales service and product line information in person, by telephone, and by email.
- Process orders, pull products from inventory, schedule deliveries, and help buyers load orders.
- Evaluate customer needs and upsell products where appropriate.
- Complete other related profit centre duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift upwards of 50 pounds.
Compensation
- Target annual salary range is $40,000 to $55,000.
