Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Customer Service Representative role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
  • The representative will handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience enhancing Customer Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, call management tools, and basic office software.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor with problem solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or related industries is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; further education in business, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
