Position Summary

  • The CSR would be the first point of contact for our customers.
  • Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, tracking and updating shipment status, and resolving issues.

What You Will Do

  • Support warehouse operations team with customer inquiries.
  • Data entry.
  • Create and submit customer reports.
  • Provide Operations team with needed reports.
  • Supply customer delay notifications.
  • Track and Trace our drivers as required.
  • Schedule delivery appointments when required.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

What You'll Bring

  • 1 2 years of experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
