About the Role

Responsibilities
- Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, route, and monitor support incidents using ticketing system
- Assist internal teams (Service Desk, Infrastructure, EDI) with troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend solutions
- Manage application upkeep, working with Infrastructure, IT Security, DBAs, and vendors
- Drive improvements in support processes through automation or simplification
- Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria for small to medium projects
- Elicit and document requirements for system and process changes
- Configure applications based on project design
- Lead and participate in testing activities, prepare test plans and test cases
- Prepare training documentation and train users and trainers
- Build and maintain relationships with key users and vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years working as a Support Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role
- Experience working within the Supply Chain and understanding of Operational lifecycle
- Proficient within Transportation Management Systems integrated with related technologies
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and cross functional teams
- Technically competent with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Completion of post secondary degree in analytical specialization or equivalent experience
- Valid G license and reliable vehicle for travel between facilities

Position Summary
- Reporting to the Manager, Transport Systems, Information Technology, this role supports Canada Cartage's applications and technology.
- The portfolio includes 3rd party systems with customizations and internally built applications.
What you will do
- Utilize Ticketing System to log, prioritize, troubleshoot, route, and monitor support incidents.

Location & Schedule
- Location: Mississauga, ON.
- Schedule: Mon Fri, 40 hours.
- Weekend and afterhours support required.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple facilities within Canada.
