Main Function
Handle and process internal and external customer requests efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries and requests over the phone.
- Coordinate with sales team members and process phone orders.
- Process inter-office orders through the email system.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts receivables before processing orders.
- Take and invoice sales orders using the price list and exception list.
- Follow up on requests and coordinate timely delivery with the delivery team.
- Process customer complaints through the appropriate channels.
- Process returned goods according to the applicable procedure.
- Coordinate with the storekeeper on order preparation and delivery scheduling.
- Process special item orders and maintain records of special items ordered.
- Prepare customer service and daily activity reports.
- Abide by and actively participate in the company quality management system.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 0–2 years of professional experience external to Medicals International.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
- Strong communication skills.
