Responsibilities
- Manage anything and everything on site and take responsibility for centre performance.
- Rise to operational challenges and solve problems.
- Give tours to prospective customers.
- Upsell to existing customers.
- Look after customers so they become ambassadors for the centre, team and IWG.
- Ensure customers receive consistently world-class service.
- Maintain the quality of the service and workspace.
